Terms of Use
Last updated: 4 September 2026
Using Fox Founder
By creating an account you agree to these terms. Fox Founder gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for learning. You must give correct details when signing up and keep your password safe.
Educational content only
Lessons, business plans, government scheme summaries and AI tutor replies are for education. They are not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Always check official sources before making business or money decisions. AI answers can be wrong — use your own judgement.
Free usage and premium
- Every account gets a free allowance of AI tutor messages and voice minutes.
- After the free allowance you can upgrade to premium for ₹99 per month.
- Premium is activated manually after we confirm your UPI payment reference, usually within 24 hours.
- Premium does not auto-renew. It ends one month after activation unless you pay again.
Refunds
If your premium was not activated after a confirmed payment, or you were charged twice, email himanshuyadav253@gmail.com within 7 days and we will refund you. Once premium has been used, the month is non-refundable.
Acceptable use
- Do not share abusive, illegal, hateful or adult content with the tutor or in any app field.
- Do not attempt to break, scrape or overload the service, or resell access to your account.
- Do not use the app to cheat in exams or to impersonate someone else.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
Your business plans, CV and notes belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Fox Founder available, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted access. We may update features and these terms; important changes will be shown in the app.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Delete my account. Deletion removes your data permanently.
