Privacy Policy

Fox Founder is a learning app that helps Indian students (class 9–12 and early college) learn English and business basics with an AI tutor called Lissa. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

• Account details you give us: name, email, class/year and state.
• Learning data: lesson progress, quiz answers, XP, streaks, badges and your business plan drafts.
• AI tutor data: the messages you send to Lissa and the replies, plus usage counts (messages and voice minutes) so we can apply free limits.
• Payment records: if you upgrade, we store your UPI reference number and payment status. We never see or store your bank or card details.
• Basic technical data needed to run the app securely, such as timestamps of your activity.

• To create your account and save your learning progress across devices.
• To generate AI tutor replies and personalised feedback.
• To apply free usage limits and confirm premium upgrades.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your data and we do not show third-party advertising.

Speaking practice uses your device's built-in speech recognition and speech synthesis. Audio is processed by your browser or device and is not recorded or stored by Fox Founder. Only the recognised text may be sent to the AI tutor to generate feedback.

We use trusted providers to run the app: a cloud database and authentication service for your account and progress, and an AI model provider (Google Gemini via our AI gateway) to generate tutor replies. They process data only to provide these features.

Fox Founder is designed for students aged 13 and above. If you are under 18, please use the app with the permission of a parent, guardian or teacher. If we learn that we hold data of a child under 13, we delete it.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all linked data at any time from Delete my account or inside Profile. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

You can view and edit your profile in the app, request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it by writing to himanshuyadav253@gmail.com.
